Job description

The Opportunity

As Account Executive, Pharmacy Solutions (Mid-Market, US), you’ll own revenue growth across MedMe’s US market, selling directly to retail and specialty pharmacy organizations, including small chains and regional pharmacy groups.

MedMe works deeply within the pharmacy ecosystem, supporting pharmacies as they expand clinical services, navigate reimbursement and regulation, and modernize how care is delivered at scale. This role exists to bring MedMe into pharmacy organizations where buying decisions involve clinical leadership, operations, IT, and executive stakeholders and where adoption depends on a clear understanding of how pharmacies actually operate day to day.

While MedMe’s current footprint spans a defined set of states and clinical service types within retail pharmacy, we are actively expanding. Over time, this role will contribute directly to that growth by supporting new markets, evolving sales approaches, and translating emerging customer needs into scalable opportunities as we enter additional geographies and pharmacy care models.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle end to end, from pipeline generation through discovery, demos, proposals, and close. Success in this role depends on prior experience selling into pharmacies or pharmacy-adjacent healthcare organizations, comfort navigating regulated environments, and the ability to connect MedMe’s value to real operational and clinical workflows.

This role is ideal for a seller who understands the retail pharmacy landscape, enjoys owning complex deals, and is excited to help refine how MedMe grows in a market that is still evolving.

About MedMe Health

MedMe is an all-in-one pharmacy care management and medical billing platform with a suite of AI assistants designed to help pharmacies grow their clinical revenue. Today, MedMe is trusted by 4,500 pharmacies across North America to run more than 30 types of services, from immunizations and prescribing to medication therapy management (MTM), chronic disease management, and point-of-care testing. With more than 25 million appointments facilitated, MedMe helps pharmacies unlock new clinical revenue while saving time and improving patient care.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own deal execution and revenue outcomes for mid-market pharmacy customers across the US, working end to end to move opportunities from first conversation through close in a lean, collaborative GTM environment.

  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market retail and specialty pharmacy customers, from initial outreach through close

  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, referrals, and collaboration with the Business Development & Partnerships team

  • Lead discovery and demos that connect pharmacy workflows, reimbursement considerations, and regulatory constraints to MedMe’s capabilities

  • Manage deal progression across multi-stakeholder buying groups, coordinating inputs from Product and Engineering as needed

  • Create and adapt sales materials, proposals, and pricing aligned with customer needs and internal guardrails

  • Maintain visibility into deal progress and contribute to forecasting as sales processes continue to mature

  • Stay close to how prospects respond to MedMe’s positioning and product during live deals, and share deal-driven feedback with Product, Marketing, and Sales

  • Identify patterns in objections, buying behaviour, and use cases that inform how MedMe approaches new states, services, and pharmacy models

  • Help shape repeatable sales approaches by applying learnings from active deals

About You

  • You bring 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with direct experience selling into retail or specialty pharmacy or closely adjacent healthcare environments

  • You understand how pharmacy organizations operate, including clinical workflows, reimbursement considerations, and regulatory constraints that influence buying decisions

  • You’ve sold into small chains, regional groups, or multi-location healthcare organizations, and are comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders across operations, clinical, and leadership teams

  • You’re comfortable operating in less-defined environments, where messaging, process, and approach are still evolving, and you enjoy helping shape them

  • You take an operator’s approach to selling, seeking to understand how customers actually work and where a product creates practical value

  • You collaborate naturally with cross-functional partners and don’t rely on a fully built sales machine to be effective

  • You’re organized, persistent, and able to move deals forward
